I’m so excited that the audiobook version of my novel, Everything We Thought Was True, released today by Tantor Media, narrated by the talented voice actress, Analee Scott. A friend sent me a screenshot of her Audible pre-order when it dropped this morning. Can’t wait to hear the entire audiobook. The first time I heard the audition clip, I got goosebumps.

When I set out to write fiction in 2016, I had no idea the journey that would be waiting for me. It has been quite a ride over the last eight years. And as much as I love being a writer, I’m also still very much a reader!

And I’m a huge fan and listener of audiobooks! I started listening to audiobooks when they were on tape cassette, then eventually CDs, and of course, now, digital files on all our devices. So you can imagine that one of my dreams has been for my debut novel to be produced as an audiobook.

Well… That dream has now come true!

This is such a different experience for me because I’m used to being the one doing the public speaking, or acting out someone else’s words as a performer. Now I get to listen to a professional narrator read the words I wrote. So cool!

The performance by voice narrator Analee Scott is spectacular. She brings to life the emotional journey of the Antinori family. I hope you listen in and love it!
