What a great sequel to Beartown! I loved spending time with the characters again, going deeper into their stories, and following their journeys. I also loved the new character additions to the story. I think Fredrik Backman is becoming one of my favorite authors. I love his omniscient storytelling style. And the two books in this series do such a good job of covering family, friendship, sports, longing, loss, and loyalty. I will miss these two books and may consider reading them again someday. And that’s a huge compliment, as there are a ton of books on my To Read List! Looking forward to getting my hands on even more of his books in the future.
