Loved this book! Totally geeked out on it. I’ve read novels by this author, Lisa Genova, and was curious to read her first non-fiction book. She is a neuroscientist and a specialist in memory… and it shows! I was fascinated by the research and the stories. Because she is also a fiction writer, she is able to weave scientific information into a narrative that flows really well, making it easy to read and follow. I took so many notes! I will use a lot of her research in my productivity consulting and speaking, but also got a lot of great takeaways on a personal level. Highly recommend this book!
