I just finished this book (at home thank goodness). I cried and cried. My nose and eyes are all red and puffy. It dealt with such deep issues and was so beautifully written and laid out. I really really loved it.
Difficult content in general (and for me in particular as someone that is a disability rights advocate). This story will stay with me for a long long time. It’s one of those kinds of books. I’m looking forward to reading the sequel and to seeing the movie.
